IN-GAME WEATHER

Does the weather change in game...a la...game begins w/ snow/rain, and mid-way through the snow/rain stops.

Has anyone seen a game begin sunny, and then go into an overcast or rain shower?

I remembering Ian saying that weather does not dynamically change. Anotherwords, if it is raining during the game, it will be raining at the end but no change over.

He is correct. The Weather Channel thing does work nicely in Play Now mode though.
