a few questions

1.) Does the game have a system that places the stickers on the helmet based on big plays, or does it just simply randomly put the stickers on certain players helmets?

2.) If it is based off of big plays, what are the plays that earn your player a sticker?
like an int on def or a sack gets you a sticker? or a TD on offense or big pancake block for the o lineman?

It is based on statistics.

Here's the scoop on the West Point football team's, Ranger tab. A cadet is awarded the ranger tab on the helmet for being a named player of the week. Each tab represents the amount of times the award has been given to the player. After every game, several players are chosen for the award (offense, defense, special teams, etc...)
During that week, the cadet will also wear a special practice jersey that says Ranger, that jersey being green or other color depending on position.
Being called a Ranger, enbodies the spirit and bravery of the US Army Rangers. There is no Airborne tab for the helmet.
As for the patch on the front chest, it represents the branch that the cadet will or has chosen for his career. They have not necessarily been chosen for that particular unit yet, just branch. 82nd Airborne, 101st Airborne, Special Forces and Ranger Battalion are the most popular choices.

they stand for what each cadet is going to branch once they graduate from the academy. Ranger patches mean the cadets is going to be an officer in a ranger battalion. Same goes for airborne, MP (military police), etc. They cant be put on the game because its a personal thing for the cadets.
