Touchdown Celebrations

It will say something like "run over to mascot" above the score at the bottom of your screen, you then have to find him and just manually move your guy to him. Also if you run towards other players who are following they will celebrate with you.

make sure you don't hit any buttons. just use the left thumb stick to move your guy to him. you should have planty of time to get to him.

Well if IGN's review is any indication, when celebrating with your mascot, the right stick has different celebrations mapped to it. I'm at work so I can't try it, but for those at home check it out.

Got the mascot celebration multiple times now. You need to be near the mascot when you score. If you're on the opposite side of the endzone, you won't have enough time to run to him. Just run up to the mascot if you're close enough.

The celebrations work pretty well. People need to wait more than one day to start bashing a feature that they don't understand.

Heh... I don't think that is true. I'm not sure how you trigger a specific mascot celebration, but from what I have seen you can run to either a mascot or a teammate(s) to celebrate. If nobody is near, you can hit Y/Triangle to do a school specific celebration (if that celebration is in... not every school has one I would assume). At some point, you run out of time and you just do a random celebration.
