Can I select an alternate uniform for my opponent?

Kind of weird that it doesn't allow you to do this - or am I missing something?

One weird thing that happened last night was when I played (As Tech) against Boston College in their house, I tried changing their uniform but it kept changing back to Maroon Top and yet when the game actually started, I was in my White Jerseys with Gold Pants and they were wearing All-White uniforms.

So is there a way to do this that I've overlooked?
