How many of you guys are playing on 'Varsity' difficulty?

I know playing on Varsity is about as cool as worshipping the devil around here, lol, but that's seems to be where I'm getting my best games, w/o feeling totally cheated. Varsity with tweak sliders...some in favor of the CPU, and some not. The QB's are still accurate to a fault for the CPU, but as long as you cover the middle a little bit, they will throw it deep on occasion, throw some incompletes, and you(well your CPU teammates) can get to the QB sometimes.

I am till i get more familiar w/ the controls and gameplay. This is the first football game i played in 1-2 years and the 1st on my 360. I usually play heisman on PS2.

After the DL patch and when i find some decent sliders, i should move up.

First off I have never played higher than AA before this game, but it is too easy! You can pass all the wya down the field, and barely try to play defense and win.

I bumped it up to Heisman and it seemed better, but it just seems that AA is way too easy this year, for me at leats and I have never really been that good at all!

Everytime I play a human I get waxed?

In the past, I've usually played on Varsity or AA. Varsity all the way this year so far...the defense is frustrating enough at this low level....I'd probably throw my controller through the TV on AA

I've always been a varsity player. In most games I play the the second-easiest level. I'm just not that good. My goal to experience different kinds of games -- nail-biters, blowouts, defensive struggles, shootouts. I like to win about 75 percent of the time. If I'm winning at greater rate, I'll either make the sliders harder or move up a level. I've gotten some good games after tweaking the sliders as per some suggestions on this site:

Wins:
Florida State 17, Texas 7
Arizona State 35, BYU 28
Michigan 34, Clemson 28 (OT)

Loss:
Notre Dame 21, Oklahoma 17

Next, I will see what that blue turf at Boise State looks like on the 360.

i actually started playing on varsity again this year, and actually think it's pretty decent with some slider adjustment.

just today went back to AA though, my sliders are all over the place to compensate for the cpu offensive sliders not working, but just had one of my better games.

i'm happy....
