Is anyone else having issues with EASW on the PS3?

I cannot merge my EA ID and my PSN. When trying to set it up it tells me my PSN cannot be found. I sent an email to EA Customer Support through the EASW website on Wednesday to which I was sent an email that my issue had been submitted and that I would recieve corespondence back within 24 hours. Three days later when I hadn't heard anything back I checked my support page where it said the issue had been updated 2 hours before I checked the page but there was no sign of an acutal update.

Well today I attempted to contact EA Technical Supprt at 650.628.1001 where after listening to the computer prompts for five minutes I was told that Support is not available even though it clearly states on the game instructions that support is open 8am to 5pm PST. According that they should have been open for another six hours when I called.

So after almost 4 days of going through EA's process I am getting frustrated and am wondering if anyone has any answers.

Thanks in advance...all I want to do is upload/download my highlights, this shouldn't be this difficult.

I'm having the same problem Orange. I just gave up.
