Have pursuit angles ruined the game for you this year?

The PS2 version had it last year, now this year the PS3 and 360 have it. It absolutely kills me at times to see this.

it doesnt bother me as much when my own CPU teammates take horrible pursuit angles because i usually just switch over to whoever is closest to the ballcarrier and take the correct pursuit angle

it absolutely irks me when the opposing team CPU players take horrible pursuit angles against me, takes away almost completely from the fun and challenge of the game, ive had plays where players have ran stride for stride with me down the field without cutting or taking an angle and attempting to make a play on the ball...inexcusable garbage

Yea that's what I was referring to. The pursuit angles that the AI takes when playing defense or punt coverage is terrible. I experience what you mentioned every game, even on heisman. You can go the length of the field with a defender running beside you even in front of you for 40 yards and they still won't take an angle. Laughable. Not really, but what else can you do at this point?
