R2 for turbo on defense giving anyone problems?

Okay so this sounds crazy but when I am on defense I use R2 for turbo and whenever I am holding it down it seems as though my defensive player I am controlling seems to stumble and fall? The player then gets up and begins to run in the proper direction. This happens everytime for some reason R2 for turbo on defense makes the players stumble. Anyone else had this problem?

Even though you love "Duh U" and I'm an FSU fan I'll hook you up. I would be willing to bet its your six axis control sensitivity. Just go into your controls where it has ball carrier, defensive pursuit, ball in air, etc and find the six axis controler and at the bottom bring that down to 0% and you should be fine. What is happening is that you are using R2 but you are tilting your controller or moving it and it is causing you to do the finesse move. If that doesn't work I don't know what will but I'm sure that is your problem.

Good advice.. Sixaxis can be a pain in alot of sports games.

Very good advice, I noticed this at random times as well and I had it at the default of 50 so Im guessing I was doing it to myself and not even knowing it.

Wow that makes sense. Someone needs to send out the memo because 95% of the people that suffer this won't read this thread.
