I think it would be cool if you could recruit high school Juniors along with Seniors. You could get commits from high school juniors as well.

Thats called REALISTIC!!!! Plus we need more than 35 spots and more than 10 hours per week! That would be a dream.

I don't know bout the more then 35 spots idea, But more than 10 hours would be a great addition to have
