Recruiting once Interest is at 100%

Do you still need to be active in that player? I have a couple recruits where I am at 100% but they did not commit yet. IS it a waste if i keep spending minutes on them?

To me, 100% means committed, but once the recruit is a soft commit you will need to continue calling and and hard selling the top pitch(es) until he commits. I've had it happen where I didn't have to call him and he committed but normally you have to call, especially if someone else is hot on your trail.

Yeah, I can attest to the other side of that story. I once was able to steal a soft commit to another team (I was second on his list, a one or two ticks below full) with some HEAVY hard pitching. I must've spent at least four hours on the guy... So follow up on your soft commits!
