Avatar, other issues

Has anyone had the problem I am having? I got NCAA 09 when it came out and noticed the avatar in the lower right of the game while playing. I was told to go to easportsworld to customize. I did this, but for some reason when I play the game and I go to the ea sports world in the game, my avatar is not the way I customized him. He is there in a tank top and some underwear. Online I have him clothed, shades, etc, but none of those are in the game itself. Also, has anyone noticed that when you are trying to customize your avatar that the screen doesn't scroll down all the way, and when you try to it just keeps making the scroll bar to the right smaller but never letting you click the next page (s) of items for your avatar? Lastly, how do you get your skill level up on NCAA 09? I am still a level 1 and I see others at levels all the way up to 32/33.
