The most degradation I see in that pic is the players ever so slight shadows next to where they are standing. I don't see any field degradation. Maybe my eyesight is bad? *Note to self: eat more carrots*

Look at the color between the hash marks and outside the hasmarks. In between there is brown in there.

There's initial degradation when you play a rainy game, but it never deteriorates any further than that when you first start the game...
