yea ive been doin these in practice they are good also if you are running away from a defender and hes about to make a shoe string tackle press y and your guy will lift his legs up works well

also when running back through a cutback lane the stutter step / juke spin works well

I love making them miss the shoe string tackle..hahaaa... the back juke is killer on guys going for the big hit...

yea the back juke is really satisfying except this year it seems it takes the runner longer to recover after it
