Difference between Cover # and Cover # press?

These plays look the EXACT same in the playbooks. What's the difference?

The two outside cbs are playing press in the Cover # press coverage.

they are showing press alignment to make it look like man. the same with cover 3 and cover 3 press and some sort of man coverage, the point is it is a disguise of a coverage, i think this helps a little agains the cpu to help hold down the completion %
