Now he is a 97 and is picked to win the heisman even though he has to sit out this year.

But does the game actually make them sit a year?

Re: The most insane transfer ever

I had a Fr. LT (83) make 2ns team All-American and he transferred to LSU, I am UCF in an online dynasty with a friend. He is Marshall. Not as drastic, but still stupid.

I think they changed the rule within conferences. It used to be 2 years (unless the coach on the leaving team waived the extra year) but now I think it's just a year. Jamere Holland left USC last summer and will see playing time with Oregon this season.

I've played about 10 seasons so far in Dynasty and simming a little as I go. I'm UGA and not once have I had a transfer request. Is it because they think they won't get to play if they come to my school?

Add insult to injury, he TRANSFERS TO FLORIDA!!!!

The guy has started for two years and wants to transfer.
Is this a guy that was recruited? If so, are you sure you didn't break a promise?

Right. The logic with players transferring is based on depth the team has on his position versus other schools. There are also a bunch of other factors that I don't know off the top of my head. Generally you will get more transfer requests if you are a bad team. Though the example of a player transferring from LSU to Florida is odd if it wasn't because of broken recruiting promises.
