I cant hook up to the internet on my PS3 so is this possible? If it is could someone tell me how to? Thanks

Have you gone to Sony's website to check to see if they have a download FAQ or something? It's always a good place to start.

The answer is no. You can only download the patch directly from the internet to the system.
