Ok this maybe happens once a game for me. My starting QB is playing SS and my backup QB is playing FS my WR's are playing CB but the linebackers and defensive line are normal. Has anyone had this happen? I burned like 30 timeouts or something in one year. It happens 1-2 times a game.

You probaly don't have enough depth . I find this happens to me when i do a mass sub for offense\defense
