Is this for ps3 or 360? You can for ps3 by version number, but there is no way I know you can verify on 360.

I would assume the patches are incremental and you would not be able to download the second patch without downloading the first first. If yuo are connected to xbox live all the time, you would have the first patch already.

yes, if you are able to be signed into xbox live(able to see your friends online, etc...) while in the game, you have the latest patch.

and if you didn't have the 1st patch already, it will download all available patches at once.
