Does that list ever change? I havent really noticed if it does, but it always seems to be the same from the few glimpses of it that I do. Im using UCLA in my dynasty (im actually a USC fan, but wanted more of a challenge so I picked my other hometown team

) and have a little home win streak going. How long before I can crack that list?

i know it does in online dynasties. i got Texas Tech to #19 in year 2.

As Michigan State I cracked the list at the start of my 5th year with something like an 11 game home win streak.

Yeah I have...It's weird. I won all my games the first year as Oregon and they drop to 11th...Nuts. But the year after I got back to eight...Then to 5...Now it's at 2

Im 22-1 inlcuding multiple wins over teams in the top 10 as Oregon, yet I continually dropped down eventually to 12. Lame.
