Am i the only one who finds it ironic that in a year that EA puts time into new endzone celebrations and doing dances with the mascot the NCAA has cracked down and are handing out 15 yarders for even the slightest bit of celebrating?

Yes, i know this is a small issue but in watching college football this weekend i couldnt help but laugh...

EA is just that much out of touch with what college football is. Someone in a suit thought this would be a great idea.... I know most people think that EA being out of touch with the game is kind of a understatement but for some reason seeing these penalties called for celebrating this weekend just re-opened my eyes to what priorities EA have and what type of people are making the critical decisions for this game...

It really puts things into perspective...

What a shame, not much hope for 010 here...

Personally I'd love to see more team animations. Players getting "hugs" from their teammates and stuff...that would be awesome.

The individual celebrations are stupid IMHO.

I don't mind them, although I haven't seen anything over the top yet.

the only ones i have seen that would be flagged in real life so far would be the ones with the mascot.

i would like to see more team(more than you and 1 other person) celebrations as well. i always run around the end zone after i score now looking for a team mate to celebrate with, but they jog to meet you and most of the time you run out of time.

Yeah, its not that I mind the in game celebrations.. i just mind that things like mascot celebrations and mascot games are being added while core gameplay issues seem to be neglected.

I would love more of the feeling of college football... Coming out of the tunnerl... in smoke, hlding hands/arms... National anthen... Showing tailgaters in the parking lot... school traditions... etc.

It just was eye opening seeing something EA had as a priority this year is 180 degrees from where the ncaa is going... Celebrating with the mascot... not only would you get flagged.... most coaches would bench you...

Bring back the Hiesman pose and the goal post dunk with the chance the refs throw the 15 yarder. Qlways fun to hot dog it into the endzone then do something over the top once in awhile lol

Exactly. That's what college football is all about. Save the individualism for the WRs in the NFL.

Haha, I hear that.

The celebrations aren't really that bad though.

I like the team animations because they make your team stand out more.
