Formation Subs

Where the heck did formation subs go? I just started a dynasty and was looking to change up my special teams and I can't find where. Is this gone?

This is the one feature I miss a lot. In past editions, I would use special teams to get players, who were lower on depth chart, playing time. I cannot figure out why EA would leave this out - it is a great tool for developing players and keeping players happy.
