Patch Problems
Do I need to restart my dynasty in order for the patch to take effect? I know I am Washington State but holy jesus defense is useless, its impossible to stop the CPU, any answers?

You dont' need to restart your dynasty. As for the defense issues, can check on the tips guys post, change sliders, etc.
