With EA leaving out coaching changes in NCAA 09, did they leave out schools changing the number of stars a school has?

For instance: I chose Texas Tech for one of my ODs, if I happened to win the MNC, would they go from a 4* to a 5*?

i dont know what school or conf. you are talking about but yes school prestige goes up in OD. I have a 3* Temple program ranked #6 in country, they'll be 4* next year.

i got Texas Tech to 5* from a 4* after going 13-1 in the 1st season, won Big 12, won Fiesta Bowl. went 10-3 in year 2, stayed at 5*.

Excellent, that is where I am headed right now(Fiesta bowl, but no big 12 champ). I'm pretty sure that I also got Crabtree the Heisman. Hopefully that will be enough to put them to a 5* so I can get into those top Texas recruits.
