Recruiting question

When a player has full interest in your school, should i still keep spending time on him or should i use it towards someone else?

Re: Recruiting question

I have never not continued to spend time on them, I just always assumed they would not like you as much if you didn't spend time.

Re: Recruiting question

I might spend less time with him than I did before but I wouldn't cut him off. It's never a guarantee that you'll get him. Theres always a chance that another school will show more interest and he'll hard commit to them, even when he's soft committed to you.

Re: Recruiting question

Yeah I never stop calling recruit even with full interest. Ive stolen full interest, soft commits from other teams before and had them stolen from me so I never stop calling.

Re: Recruiting question

Don't stop until he signs. I even spend more time to land the guy.

Re: Recruiting question

I keep spending time. I might spend more or less depending on other school's interest in him which you should check. If you have a big lead on the recruit, you can cut back the time spent but the sooner you get him locked up, the more hours you can put into somebody else as well.

Re: Recruiting question

One of the best things you can do to get a recruit other than hard pitching your "Very High" and "Most" items is to sway the recruit. If you are great in a particular area and the recruit has low interest (not the kind that is locked like Least), definitely try to sway his interest up. If you are successful in swaying it up, it really helps you and hurts your recruiting rivals.
