Best Way To Defend Split Backs/Backs Cross?

I played a guy in my dynasty early in the season and he used this play over and over again 20-30 times in the game. No matter what zone or man coverage I picked one of the RB's would always come open. The LB's didn't seem fast enough to get out there and he would just wait for one of them to clear the zone if I didn't get heat on him. What is the best way to stop this play?

Cover two zone. 335 Across. Package sub LB's into DE and either spy them or contain. Put the blitzing MLB into a zone and play with your FS.

You could also put your LB's packaged in to flat zones, but you run the risk of Draw or Off Tackle.
