are you clicking of the Leagues at the top of the page? thats not where its at. you have to go to the NCAA page and access it from there, you go to this direct link:

and it looks like if you OD is in the off-season, it'll just keep saying "Loading..." and never actually loads it.

so all it does is show you the current week game and recruiting time like the top page of recruiting headquarters in the game? pretty lame unless I am missing something...
