Are there BCS conference invites in Online Dynasty?

I know we can get them in offline dynasty but I was wondering if you can get conference invites or coaching job offers in online dynasty? 6 of us have played 3 seasons and no invites or offers. Is this another glitch or are we just slow?

there are no job offers or conference invites in online dynasties.

What we do in my OD is save it off line right before advancing to the off season, then when you advance to the offseason you will get conference invites and job offers. After you accept/decline save and then take it back online and continue your dynasty with the changes intact.I've gotten Idaho in the PAC 10 and another got FIU into SEC.
