Dynsaty coaching question?

I have done all I can do at Florida and want to build a program from scratch. How to you resign or get a new job without being fired or offered another one. I can't seem to find it in the menus. Am I just dumb. Thanks.

I think you go to the coaching screen. Its on the main page under recruiting and in the team management tab. There should be an option under it to find a new job or something to that effect. A list of schools will pop up and you select which school you want. If you have done all you can at Florida then you should be able to pick from any of the FBS teams. I may be wrong about where it is but that is how it was last year. I have not tried to change jobs without being offered in 09's game.

If you go to dynasty setup, it will say coaching positions, go there and resign from the florida job. Your coach will lose a prestige rating because you quit, but if your going to turn around a team from scratch, it shouldn't matter that much, because as soon as you choose a low team, your coaching prestige will lower to that of the school you chose.

I think if you play out your contract you can then switch to another team and not lose any prestige???
