Or you could try to build up Kentucky in the SEC....

even maybe Purdue unless you're good at passing, then theyre easy to win with. South Carolina or Nebraska if you're looking for something in the Big 12

Try Rice University. You can have 1 good year, but a ton of your starters are seniors and will be gone after 1 year. The only people worth mentioning who will still be around are the TE (and QB/HB in real life) James Casey and FS Andrew Sendejo. Almost all your other starters leave.

The first year won't be too bad, but the next few could be really difficult.

I rebuildign teams and making them my own. Like i've took my own created players which is over liek 350 or more...and i've rebuilt SMU ARK ST BGSU SOUTHERN MISS CINN. so this is how i rebuild and i have some of the best fun with it ever! my players are phenomenal! needing player or a team gimme a shout

UTEP is a good one too. The Sun Bowl is really cool, and they're one of the few non-BCS teams with an alt uni in this game (the others being Colorodo St., Nevada, UCF, and Utah)

I love using UAB. They're decent the first year, but you lose a lot of talent on Defense after the first season. I can't stop anyone right now in year two.
