Expanding Pipeline States for Recruiting

Can't find this anywhere but wanted to see if anyone knows the best way to expand your school's pipeline? I am playing with North Texas and have only 1 pipe state (TX). Any help would be greatly be appreciated!!

You have to get elite prospects out of a particular state and then it will be highlighted.

I don't think they have to be elite as much as just multiple players from that state, I think it is around 4 or 5.

If you get 3 players from one state then it becomes a pipeline.

Your home state is always a pipeline, no matter how many players you have from there (even it is less than 3)

That's not true. I'm using Oregon and my only three pipeline states are Texas, California, and Washington. Oregon isn't highlighted or listed.

Started my dynasty with USF and I only had Florida as a pipeline, then I recruited 3 from Georgia, and 3 from Alabama. The next year those two states were pipeline states for me. That is how I get pipeline states for every school I play as.

Really? I'm using Idaho and my pipeline states are Cal, Texas, Washington and Idaho, despite the fact I only have 1 player left from Idaho
