depth chart

I have to many tackles with my cornerbacks and want to know how to fix this...

1st question: does anyone know which spot in the depth chart puts players on special teams?

2) i have noticed players improve more when they are backups... w/ oline, dbs, and lbs especially, is it better to have starters also put as backups in the 2nd or 3rd spot in other positions?

I have many more questions on this matter but would like to see responses to these questions and I'll add more later.

Re: depth chart

Your DB's will lead your team in tackling every season... this is because of the lack of a cpu running game and the robo QB issues.

Don't put your starters as backups... they will transfer!

Re: depth chart

You can mass sub your backups in right before a kick, and then put them back but yeah, dont make it permament, they'll get unhappy.

Re: depth chart

the only way to fix your problem is to make the CPU have a much better and more consistent run game, and make it so the CPU quarterback doesn't complete every pass. Neither of which have been done with any real success. Ive played maybe 13 different seasons with different teams and had a players besides a defensive back lead my team in tackles twice I think.

Re: depth chart

Tackling stats have always been unrealistic in NCAA for as long as I can remember.
