Transferring/Cutting players

Is there any way you can edit the roster to transfer a player to a different school? I wanted to move Sam McGuffie to the Rice roster sine he is transferring here, but I couldn't find a way to do that anywhere, so I had to create another Sam McGuffie and assign him to the Rice roster.

Also, can you cut players from your team to make room so you can create a player for your roster, I was going to create someone not on the roster, but with Sam McGuffie added it said the roster was full and woudln't let me, but we have 6 HBs now and I wanted to cut one to make room.

No, there was 1 spot on the roster open for Sam, I was trying to add someone afterward and it was full (guess I could have just changed someone, but that didn't come to mind at the time). It's really annoying that there is no way to transfer/cut players in thsi game, we can trade/release players in Madden, so why not here.

NCAA FOOTBALL 2K9... customization
EA's NCAA FOOTBALL 09... no real customization.

I have ranted for years on this. Why is EA so oppsed to giving the gamer full customization over the gaming experience? 2K has an excellent track record... you can customize everything. Let's get to work EA!!!
