Create a Prospect and Online Dynasty

Can someone tell me if I can create players for online dynasty as commish. I thought you could but I don't see it where it would be offline, popping up in the week 1 offseason stuff. Do I need to pull the file offline and do it? Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Yeah thats the only way. And then you'd have to re-invite everyone. Try not to be bias when creating them. Lol. Its very easy to do
