This is a good and valid point. What IS the difference between tebow or like above, the georgia players, posing for a picture in espn or sports illustrated or any other magazine? I guess they must sign a waiver saying they can't accept any form of payment and the compay probably has to talk to the NCAA and the school to ask if they can use those players. That would be my guess.
