There just needs to be better transfer logic. I was doing a Temple dynasty and my star freshman wide receiver transferred to Purdue. I understand he probably wanted to play on a bigger stage, but it just felt off. Another thing they could do is make promises to get transfers to stay. Like promise a starting spot within the next 2 years. I'm pretty sure that's not in the game..

I disagree, that's definitely not the case in every situation. You don't think USC stockpiles quarterbacks? That's common at the big programs.

The poster directly above this one had it right, there just needs to be better transfer logic.
