Last year, by the time you reached the 5th or 6th season in your dynasty mode, the best CPU controlled teams were all rated around B and maybe a B+ everyonce in a while. Has this been fixed this year so that you will still have CPU teams rated in the 90's as a dynasty progresses?

Yea this was big issue for me and I would love to see this addressed.
