I just noticed my ps3's fan is not working like it is supposed to or even not at all. I 1st noticed when I was trying to play blu ray movies. It became a huge problem when my NCAA 09 froze. unlike many of you I play NCAA more than ne other game I own. Do you guys have ne idea how to fix this problem? Thx in advance.

Looks like you may be headed for heartbreak, my friend. I had to send my PS3 in for repairs (replacement) a couple weeks ago. The fan broke down. And oddly enough, it completely died while I was playing NCAA 09! Hopefully this isn't the case for you, but freezing was the tell-tale sign for me.
