need help with pass def

my pass def is usually pretty good. however, lately ive been getting beat deep with fast wr's off of play-action. human players will send fast wr's (95+ spd) on streaks, run pa, lob it deep, then control the wr and chase the ball down. usually, i would call cover 4 if i wanted to play coverage and be in good shape. however, the wr outruns my freakin cb to the ball. obviously, my cb's dont have 95+ spd and im sure that has something to do with it, but you shouldnt be able to out run the db's in cov 4, or cov 3 for that matter. anyway, i know i can blitz, then hit pass commit on d to maybe get the qb before he can throw it. but if he gets it off, then im 1-1 deep. anybody have any tips to stop streaks with fast wr's? any tips would be helpful.

i guess i can try dbl cov or 2 man...just wonderin if there are any defensive guys out there that have a "pet" play or two for this.
