I'm in this boat. I will hold off on voting right now. I want this game to be great. My OD was fun last year right up to year 5 when the speed on offense fully neutered the defense. Up to that point I was able to play pretty good defense even shut a human user out. After year 5 there was too much speed every where and my defense played like they had been lobotomized the game lost it's luster. I would also like it if height and weight mattered.

Season SHowdown doesnt sound bad. I will have to see how it is set up before deciding on that. If the defense is up to par and there are a few improvements in the Online dynasty set up, then I will be happy. I love last years game with the exception of bad Computer AI on defense.

The new animations and interactions for WR/DB and the trenches are going to go along way, but it's still going to come down to the AI. If that gets the neccessary tweaks, count me in.

I'd also love to see some new Online Dynasty features, but I'll stick to gameplay for now.

I understand what Season Showdown is, but dont know why it would make NCAA already fail you. Unless you mean EA is wasting their time with this feature?

Exactly. Wasting time. OMT already said the one reason they didn't put the new QB ratings in was that they decided to do something else and then didn't have time to put that in. Focusing on stupid stuff like Season Showdown (unless it was really quick) seems like a complete waste of resources.

I am really waiting for the big new feature they want to announce that will justify the exclusion of some of the new football sim features Madden is getting.
