Well, it looks like the 'flat grass' is back for another year, judging from the screen shots. Of all the things that you could do to update the game aesthetically -- this was a BIG one. God almighty, we need some GREEN grass that looks like grass! It's 2009.

Alright my gripe is over... I can't wait for College Football 2010.

I agree. I'm sure tons wont. But it definitely stands out(in a bad way).

Not a huge deal to me, but I can see why some would want it.

'09 Was a good jump over '08.. but i'd still like to see improvement in all areas, every year. Why should any aspect of the game remain stagnant b/c "it's good enough"?

The main reason I expected improvement is because Madden 09's grass looked great last year compared to NCAA Football, also the snow in Madden was thick and not this 'glassy-coating' like in NCAA Football. Madden had foot prints in the snow too.

So I just expected NCAA Football would adopt those features... but of course not.

This game gets the red-headed stepchild treatment from EA. Of all their games I mean, not just compared to Madden.
