UT-Arlington Mavericks. They used to have a football team but that was before my time.

Colors: Blue/Red (UT forced them to change Red to Orange recently out of pure arrogance) but it looks absolutely ridiculous
Logo: Some sort of Cowboy. The one in the 2005 (?) game was pretty good so maybe they'll have that one again.
City: Arlington, TX
Stadium: Probably the horseshoe type (30,000 seats if offered)

I'm going to create the UTA Mavs, also.

I still remember going to one of their last football games when I was student - homecoming, 1985. A handful of people were there.

They have a club football team now. I went to a game; it was fun.

I heard the President is finally thinking about starting a football team again (like UTSA is doing). It'll go nicely along with a real basketball arena which will probably help recruit in other sports as well.

I didn't know UTSA was getting back into the football biz. Good for them; I hope UTA follows suit. If they do, I'll go to every game I can.

The Maverick Club Football team plays colleges in the fall and are in a semi-pro league in the spring.
