I know an update was done to the flexbone playbooks, but I was curious if anyone knows whether the issue of the fullback not getting carries in a simmed game/season has been addressed? I thank you ahead of time for any answers, yay or nay.

They did a ton of updates to the simulation statistics but they didn't give a lot of details. They talked about QB stats and sacks and INTs a little bit. Any other changes they made to the sim-generated stats, they have no commented on to my knowledge.
