Ladies and Gentlemen your 2009 Suffolk Rams!!!!!!
This release is to show off the various uniform combinations we will be using. All blues will be our primary home combo while our primary away uniforms will be white jerseys and blue pants with gold on blue helmets. Our green jerseys are an omage to the Irish Community of Boston and will only be worn on special occasions such as St. Patricks Day. We look forward to your continued support throughout the upcoming season and beyond.

But to answer your question, no you can't edit faces in NCAA Football. They give you like 30 choices to choose from a list which changes depending on the height and weight of the players you are creating.

It's kinda limited but face selections aren't bad.
