The "it'll take too much time" argument is irrelevent. Who's to say that if the NCAA team were to implement FCS teams that they had to complete it in one development cycle? Really the only obstacle they would run into would be disc space. I don't know about you, but I'd be willing to sacrifice small things like being able to read the warning label on the backs of helmets if it meant a few more teams could be added.

I haven't seen anybody ask for all 120 FCS teams as accurately depicted as the FBS teams already in the game. I don't expect the dev team to go out and perfectly replicate JMU's Bridgeforth Stadium nor do I expect them to get Western Carolina's uniforms 100% correct. I would honestly be happy if we just got the equivalent of what's now on ps2 (which doesn't include all of the FCS teams). I haven't seen any cries for "D2, D3, NAIA, and eventually even Junior Colleges" on ps2.

Now I may be alone in this, but all I want is for the NCAA series "return to greatness" so-to-speak with what we saw on the previous generation of consoles. That's all I ask. I'd even be content if NCAA 06 was backwards compatible on the 360.

Okay, so maybe that was a little overkill...but still what you just said a thousand times over! Every point you just made was spot on! The "take too much time" argument is invalid since the development team would make time for it if moving in the direction of a SIM was their priority. And I wholeheartedly agree with you, I could care less about getting all the minute details exactly correct on Tennessee Tech's uniform. I just want to be able to play against FCS teams in the dynasty mode! +1 for the idea of 06 being backwards compatible on the 360 as well.

Furthermore, the idea that wanting FCS teams will lead people to eventually cry for junior colleges is simply silly. When has anyone cried out for that?

The game will seem cheesy/lifeless until EA finally gets its act together and puts in FCS teams instead of FCS Southeast/SouthWest...etc. Maybe we can hope for some DLC?

id rather have teambuilder. I dont care about playing as FCS schools but for those that do they can just create them while those like me that dont care about playing as them can still create schools we actually do want to play as.

Both. I want to play a dynasty with FCS and FBS running simultaneously. Win a few national championships in FCS, then get a conference bid in FBS. Would be awesome, but of course we'll never get it.
