teambuilder affect on dynasty recruiting

If i were to create 12 schools and place them all in one state say New York for example, do you think over time the state would begin to produce more top level talent because of having so many d-1 schools or just stay the same.

Also does anyone know if you can pick your pipeline states in teambuilder?

pipeline state are determined by how many players from a certain state you have on the current roster. so if you have 70 players from New York, New York will be the only pipeline state. I believe you needed 4 players from a state for that state to become a pipeline state(it might be 3). I believe you can select the home state for all of your players in TeamBuilder.

so in a sense, yes, you can pick your pipeline states.
