There is a way to get the names in. You just create a player and put them on the team you'd sign with. You could just go through the high school stuff, copy your stats, and put him in, or just make him yourself. I've done this a couple of times.

I never understood why people say "I could care less" either.

Anyway, I'm hoping for CL improvements, as it has supplanted dynasty as my mode of choice. I like the idea that I'm only one member of a team, and no matter how great I play, we still could lose. I hope they revisit depth chart issues, as well as scheduling and lack of night games.

Campus Legend has potential, and that's coming from someone who covers the transition from high school football to college football 24/7, 365. As mentioned, opening up CL with custom rosters is the first step in giving the feature more appeal. But with the player lock camera making it to all aspects of the game, CL needs to continue to separate itself with that first person perspective. Go back into the recruits junior year and start the recruiting process from scratch with camps, May evaluations, coaching contacts... reverse the dynasty recruiting features. Just getting to college should be where the CL is unique. Of course, when does in-depth become too in-depth for an annual title? In a couple of hours I could probably come up with enough ideas to make an entire game out of CL alone.
