The demo will play 99% like the retail version. A few small tuning issues may be fixed before release but other then that, as far as gameplay goes, the demo is what you see is what you get

changing the difficulty should be nice so i can see what level i should play at comfortably this year.

I think that it could drop around E3... tons of demos usually do. We'll see.
