Adaptive AI is in NCAA 10. The problem is that I really don't know exactly what adaptivee AI is or exactly what it's supposed to do. I know the CPU is supposed to adjust to what the user is doing, so hopefully that will lead to better play-calling. I guess we'll see.

Hooray AA is back!.

FWIW, i agree with 95% of what you said in the first post. It should be a challenge to play a team with 2 stud RB's. It usually ends up being a INT fest or sack fest when the Read Option is run.

AA, I can always count on your to bring the real goods when talking about the issues prevalent in these games. Great post.

I know the speed issue has been touched on numerous times but I'm really hoping the effectiveness of Power Backs returns this year. I love nothing more than to get a Greg Jones, 6'2", 230LB, type back and run people over and just grind the clock away.

As it is now any RB with less than 92 speed is completely useless.

AA I agree with most everything you said but, aside from a double screen there should not be a secondary receiver. You shouldn't be able to throw the ball down the field with linemen illegally down field (Unfortunately and incorrectly you have been able to do this in the past).

On screens, when the play is snuffed out, the throw the ball away button should trigger a throw the ball in the dirt at the feet of the intended receiver animation as to not get an intentional grounding penalty.

Auburn you make alot of great points and i'm with you 100% but the thing is with all the gimicks this game has at least for this year is geared to the casuel fan. Where real cfb fans like you get cheated, which is too bad. The thing is i love cfb and an holding out hope all will be ok but the way things sound this wil not be a game for me. Madden seems to be catering to the hardcore sim sports gamer like myself this year now if NCAA would only come around. We'd be good to go.

I'm anxious to try out the demo on All American or Heisman level and see if the CPU can make solid drives on me using smart playcalling.
