NCAA Football 10 Video: Season Showdown Sportsmanship (Accelerated Clock Confirmed)

I LOVE the idea of sportsmanship ratings. Goodbye online cheesers - you shall be known by your gameplay now and I think that is a great addition.

Too many people are a little too hung up on considering this part and parcel of "Season Showdown"...the team score and playoff is pointless and I 100% agree there...but the skills, strategy and sportsmanship ratings are spot on additions and I welcome them with open arms.

The way this is breaking out, I will be able to go online and be as close as ever to being able to judge a guy's playstyle BEFORE ever agreeing to a game...that will save me the trouble of quitting when they refuse a friendly quit when they line up to go for 4th and 12 from their own 30 on the opening drive!!!

Season Showdown for schools = loss
Season Showdown scoring = win (for online play), neutral to all others

I'm lovin how you can see what team each user is representing. Now it'll be much easier to find people to use teams to match up with. The sportsmanship part will make the online games so much more enjoyable.

now I"ll get penalized for running the same offense and strategy that Mike Leach uses.

It looks like the "indecisive stutter" is back in full effect. This is the play where the ball carrier shuffles their feet in place without you telling them to. In 09 I got it all the time on running plays and it made my RB so slow that DL always made the tackle behind the line of scrimmage.

I was really hoping that was fixed this year. Check it out about 1/4 of the way through when Georgia runs left against Tennessee. It also happens a few plays later when the Texas player catches the tipped pass against Mizzou.

Did any else notice the stutter? Let me know your thoughts.
