I went ahead and got '08 and I must say I'm REALLY unimpressed. I'm thinking I may not get '10 because I was probably just aching for some college football.

I don't know why people are even mentioning 08. 09 is definitely a step up.

Get 10 and join an Online Dynasty. You won't regret it.

Each iteration on 360 got better. 07 was complete garbage, 08 was ok, but there were like 10 turnovers a game and the unis looked like plastic. 09 improved on both and I would say it is behind 04 and 06 on my list of favorite NCAA games.
